Q: Why can't I get to my website?

A: Type www.yourpropertydomain.com to view your website. Don't forget the "www." or the ".com".


Q: I have an email lead from the site, but, when I reply it doesn't seem to reach the prospect. How can I reach my prospect?

A: The email notification you receive comes through On-Site.com. To reach your prospective resident, just email the address provided directly from your email program. When you "reply to" the notification email, it goes back to On-Site.com.


Q. I thought this service would also update our other, paid for, ads, like move.com and rent.com but I don't think it is. What can I do to make this happen?

A. Rental Address is able to automatically update your paid ads at a number of locations, and we are always adding more! Please contact rateam@on-site.com and we will be happy to include any supported locations to your service, and talk about the possibility of supporting the ones that we do not.
